  • Lemon and Spirulina Smoothie:


  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of algae
  • 1 cup of milk
  • half avocado
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • a squeezed lemon


You will only have to mix the ingredients that we have named you all at once in a blender and ready to drink. Fast, simple and very nutritious.

  • Spirulina Lemonade:


  • half a liter of sparkling water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 small tablespoons (of coffee) of spirulina
  • 6 drops of pure stevia


First we will squeeze the fresh lemon and then add the drops of stevia and spirulina. Beat everything very well so that it is well mixed and finally we will make the water with gas. Stir and serve next. Squeeze the lemon, add the drops of stevia and this algae and beat well to mix everything. Pour the water with gas and stir if necessary. Serve immediately.

  • Smoothie with Spirulina and Blueberries:


  • 1 or 2 cups of fat-free coconut milk
  • 1 cup berries
  • half frozen banana
  • 2 small tablespoons of spirulina
  • half a bunch of spinach and another half of kale
